Lead P&L for Sales & Marketing, build and coach a senior quota-carrying sales team, execute aggressive go-to-market and product launches for ambulatory EHR, embed AI across commercial operations, drive data-driven pipeline and forecasting, own marketing/brand strategy, and partner with product for beta programs and customer feedback.
What Your Impact Will Be
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own P&L accountability for Sales and Marketing; drive monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets with rigorous forecast discipline

- Expand market reach into new ambulatory care segments — independent physician groups, multi-specialty practices, and ambulatory surgery centers
AI-Enabled Commercial Operations
- Embed AI tools across the sales and marketing stack to improve pipeline quality, market targeting, and revenue forecasting
- Champion data-driven decision-making: pipeline reviews, win/loss analysis, and performance conversations grounded in real-time insight, not intuition alone
- Evaluate and deploy emerging sales intelligence platforms to maintain competitive advantage in the ambulatory EHR market
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Direct integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to ambulatory healthcare buyers and practice decision-makers
- Lead go-to-market positioning, messaging architecture, and launch execution for Bizmatics' new product line
- Build Bizmatics' brand authority in ambulatory care through thought leadership, industry conference presence, and content strategy
New Product Development Partnership
- Serve as the commercial voice in product development — ensuring market intelligence and customer feedback directly inform the EHR product roadmap
- Lead beta customer programs and early adopter engagement to generate proof points and reference-able clients ahead of full market release
Team Development & Coaching Culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain elite sales and marketing talent through structured 1:1 coaching, active mentorship, and defined career pathing
- Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement where performance conversations are a consistent leadership standard — not an annual event
