Location Details: USA Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

What you'll get to do...

  • Product Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and drive product vision, strategy and customer experience. Establish OKRs and key performance indicators
  • Product Execution: Strategically prioritize the product roadmap, making trade-offs to achieve business objectives with limited resources. Champion a culture of crafting well-thought through hypotheses and conducting experiments, continuously enhancing products based on feedback and outcomes. Drive customer success by setting core product-level metrics Provide regular updates on progress. You will work closely with multiple business units and teams, including product, engineering, design, UX, GTM, sales, and customer care
  • Leadership: You will inspire and mentor a seasoned team of product managers. Offering timely and actionable performance feedback to your direct reports is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will oversee company-wide performance management mechanisms, including mid-year reviews, focal reviews, and regular career discussions, to foster employee engagement and growth

 Your experience should include...

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience in Commerce and Payments products
  • Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap validation and execution, with a customer-centric perspective with a passion for deriving customer insights and translating them into effective product strategies
  • Significant leadership experience, in leading and driving significant company initiatives with a sharp focus on key business goals and effective execution. Determined and results orientated able to work independently to drive initiatives
  • Proven experience as a "builder" in an agile and sophisticated environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives’ Demonstrable success in collaborating with key partners across multiple teams
  • Excellent prioritization and communication skills. Proven track record to recruit, empower, and mentor teams of experienced product leaders

 You might also have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Sciences)
  • Masters or MBA highly preferred
