Vice President, People

About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President, People to build a world-class team and foster a high-performance, values-driven culture. In this role, you will ensure every role is filled with a happy high-performer while scaling HR systems and processes to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Hire 5–10 top-tier employees per month, develop a strategic hiring plan, and implement best-in-class recruiting processes.

  • Culture & Engagement: Drive a high-performance culture with continuous feedback and achieve a 90th percentile Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).

  • HR Systems & Compliance: Establish scalable frameworks for leveling, compensation, and performance management while ensuring legal compliance.

  • Leadership & Team Building: Recruit and develop a high-performing People Operations team, set ambitious goals, and ensure accountability.
