How You Will Make an Impact
- Cultivate new opportunities and meet monthly revenue goals by proactively engaging healthcare clients for fiber and coaxial solutions
- Apply knowledge of healthcare procurement processes to navigate and close sales effectively
- Conduct consultative needs analyses and design client-focused product solutions
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to highlight Spectrum product benefits
- Generate leads through calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events
- Qualify leads, request site surveys, and submit ROI analyses to sales management
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure smooth handoff to account management for retention
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support, and Marketing to maximize the sales process
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales abilities and stay updated on industry trends
Working Conditions
- Office-based environment with regular travel to assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather
- Use of reliable personal vehicle required
What You Will Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)
Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue quotas
- 3+ years of telecommunications-related sales experience
- 2+ years of experience selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions
Skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Efficiency in meeting deadlines and working within a team
- Quick learner who applies new knowledge effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Valid state driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Experience
- Experience working within the healthcare sector
- History of selling data, voice, or video solutions in telecommunications business-to-business sales
