Valuations Coordinator

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Coordinator
In this role, you will:

• Perform due diligence reviews of commercial service orders
• Monitor a pipeline of service requests and follow up on orders that require additional documentation or clarification
• Review Invoice exceptions
• Create orders for lower complexity commercial products
• Perform system maintenance and status updates on various commercial services
• Interact with organizational department on a wide range of knowledge
• Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage an assigned pipeline of commercial service requests and follow up on various order statuses in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail reviewing due diligence scripts against prescribed procedures
• Effective verbal and written communication in conveying specific information needed to cure outstanding deficiencies
• General understanding of commercial and residential collateral and lending terminology
• Exceptional customer service skills working with both internal and external business partners including lending team personnel, vendors, and technical reviewers

• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST/MST (hybrid) 3 days in office 2 days remote.
