In this role you will:
- Research and resolution of ATM overage requests submitted by Claims groups
- Make General Ledger entries
- Research and respond to email requests sent to ATM GL Monitoring shared mailbox
- Clear assigned ATM overage requests within SLA
- Meet production and quality standards
- 2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Accounting experience
- General ledger experience
- Experience working with ATMs
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete assignments daily
- Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Hybrid: 1 week in office 1 week remote
