We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team as we develop cutting-edge technology solutions! This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects with globally recognized enterprise clients. In this role, you'll leverage Figma and modern design systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for new graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow their design capabilities.
Responsibilities
Provide user experience design support for enterprise applications and services across collaboration and productivity tools.
Contribute to the design of apps and features aligned with modern design systems and accessibility standards.
Requirements
Up to 5 years of overall UX experience.
2–5 years of experience with enterprise productivity platforms, digital assistants, and modern development workflows.
2–5 years of experience using Figma in a professional setting.
Strong proficiency in producing UX mockups, wireframes, user journeys/workflows, prototypes, and related design deliverables.
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and partners.
A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required with your application.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $37.99 to $40.38 USD per hour.
Midpoint: $39.19 USD per hour.
The final wage and job title for this opening will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
