    About the role
    The Analyst - Commercial will play a critical role in the success of our newly formed Commercial Excellence team. You will join a small team with the opportunity to have a large impact on shaping the team and the impact we have in our first months. We're looking for someone who can play a strategic and operational role - bridging the skills between strategic project manager, data analyst, and Sales Operations / CRM specialists. This person will be able to effectively use data to identify, prioritize, and execute on the highest impact projects within our Sales funnel.
    What you'll do
    • Data Analytics: Analyze large business and sales data sets to identify patterns, understand drivers, and generate insights to accelerate sales and drive operational efficiencies
    • Reporting: Assist creation, maintenance, and upward reporting against dashboards for KPIs such as pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and sales efficiency reporting.
    • Idea-to-implementation: Analyze, pitch, and project manage implementation of key new Sales funnel processes that drive additional revenue and operational efficiency, working closely with Sales leadership and Sales team members
    • Process optimization & automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement (e.g., lead management and scoring), leveraging automation and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce friction across revenue teams.
    • Ad-hoc analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making

    What we are looking for
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or relevant experience from previous employment
    • 1-2 years of experience in SQL and dataset analysis
    • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Sigma/Looker etc).
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex datasets ability to explain them to non-technical audiences
    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong project management experience working with multiple stakeholders across team settings

  • Panel interview: Case study presentation (45m)
  • Interview with Chief Revenue Officer (30m)
