Overview 

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who will manage dynamic user experiences from research to concept, content and design. Qualified candidates will be part of a Team working on digital products and customer experiences. This role will create meaningful user stories, storyboards, prototypes and wireframes. This is a remote consulting role for 6 months (with possible extensions). Qualified candidates must live and work in the United States and must be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship. We do not offer Corp to Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and optimization of user experiences across web and digital platforms.
  • Create wireframes, layouts, mockups, and other UX/UI design assets.
  • Design engaging social media content and digital creative assets for use across multiple platforms.
  • Assist with translating business and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences.
  • Work with senior designers and creative leads to execute established design concepts and brand standards.
  • Create and resize graphics, imagery, and other assets for web, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and senior designers into design revisions.
  • Help maintain consistency across digital experiences, social content, and brand materials.
  • Participate in design reviews and collaborate with marketing, social, content, and digital teams.
  • Support basic quality assurance to ensure designs are accurate and ready for digital publication.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in UX design, digital design, graphic design, or a related creative role.
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with UX, web/digital design, and social media content.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of fundamental UX/UI principles, including layout, hierarchy, usability, and responsive design.
  • Experience creating digital and social media assets preferred.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, imagery, and brand consistency.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple assignments.
  • Interest in continuing to develop skills across UX, digital, and social media design

Compensation

Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 month consulting engagement with an annual salary of $75,000-$85,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
