  • Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to a wide range of stakeholders.

Improve Design Operations & Systems

  • Champion and evolve design systems and shared patterns used by US teams.
  • Improve workflows, rituals, and tooling to increase efficiency, quality, and predictability.

How You’ll Succeed

  • You lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability, creating an environment where designers can do their best work.
  • You balance strategic contribution with hands‑on execution, knowing when to zoom out and when to dive in.
  • You make decisions using customer insight, data, and business context, not opinion alone.
  • You build strong cross‑functional relationships and influence through collaboration and trust.
  • You consistently raise the bar for UX quality while delivering on business commitments.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of UX design experience, including people leadership within a product‑driven organization.

  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering in Agile or similar delivery environments.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to diverse audiences.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem‑solving, design craft, and real‑world impact.
