Core Responsibilities

1. Architects UX Strategy Across Programs
Develops and leads user experience interface architecture strategies that align with business and marketing goals. Drives initiatives that elevate the overall user journey and ensure cohesion across teams, platforms and touchpoints.

2. Leads Cross-Divisional Collaboration
Partners with cross-functional team members, including product, engineering, analytics and research, to deliver high-impact experience solutions. Coordinates creation and delivery of designs, prototypes, and documentation. Regularly presents strategic recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders to influence direction and priorities.

3. Explores Emerging Technologies and Market Trends
Maintains a strong awareness of evolving industry and market trends to inform strategic UX decisions and ensure solutions remain competitive and forward-thinking.

4. Applies Research and Data-Driven Insights
Utilizes both qualitative and quantitative data and insights to inform decisions. Synthesizes user feedback, behavioral data, and analytics to continuously refine and optimize the user experience.

5. Defines Experience Requirements and Guides Execution
Collaborates with product owners and cross-functional team members to define user and business requirements. Ensures strategic alignment from concept through delivery, partnering closely with development teams to maintain design integrity throughout execution.

6. Champions Strategic UX Initiatives and Special Projects
Leads or contributes to special projects that advance UX maturity across the organization. Takes initiative in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications

  • Five years related work experience, Two years of User Experience or User Interface experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field. Graduate degree preferred.

  • UX design and mobile app experience preferred.
