Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Manager to join our Digital Sales team. This key role is responsible for driving strategic efforts to increase gross adds and improve end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring consistency across the upper funnel through the buyflow. The ideal candidate will leverage go-to-market online strategies to align with our marketing and offer strategies, leading merchandising efforts on the website, both in paid and non-paid journeys for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies and testing opportunities to optimize conversion rates, increase internet gross adds, and hit key business initiatives/goals across all customer segments.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience from the upper funnel through purchase.
Website Merchandising:
- Lead the merchandising and content strategy of the websites, ensuring alignment and consistency across all touchpoints and business categories
- Collaborate with marketing to integrate promotional activities and campaigns.
Project Management:
- Submit and manage tickets for website updates, design, and other optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and IT to ensure timely and accurate implementation of optimization projects.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging and promotional strategies.
- Engage with product managers and Studio team to address technical challenges and implement new features that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with website merchandising and e-commerce.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and web analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
