  • Build a repository of lean tools, templates, and best practices that teams can readily access and apply
  • Support the transformation team in documenting case studies and success stories that showcase the impact of lean initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Strategic Program Managers to ensure consistent application of lean principles across all annual improvement priorities
  • Partner with Business Unit Chiefs of Staff and functional operational leads to identify lean improvement opportunities
  • Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other functions to drive lean adoption
  • Serve as a lean subject matter expert, providing guidance on methodology application and tool selection
Change Management Support
  • Support change management activities for lean transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and resistance management
  • Communicate the why; behind lean initiatives to build understanding and buy-in at all organizational levels
  • Facilitate retrospectives and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement in transformation approaches
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure sustained adoption of lean practices and embed continuous improvement into team routines
