- Collaborate with senior management to review curricula, identify training needs and recommend strategies to enhance performance
- Oversee the successful implementation of Spectrum Business's training and leadership development programs by supporting managers and teams
- Define clear business and performance objectives for training initiatives to align with organizational goals
- Evaluate student performance during and after training, offering coaching and development to maximize results
- Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they achieve desired outcomes
- Coordinate with peer training managers to manage shared responsibilities and maintain high-quality delivery
- Develop implementation plans, schedules and logistics for training initiatives, managing external resources as necessary for quality and cost efficiency
- Stay informed on current learning strategies, delivery methods and best practices to enhance Spectrum Business's training approach

What You'll Bring to Spectrum Business
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resource development, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of training experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience working in a call center environment
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Capacity to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with computers and software applications including MS
- Office, spreadsheet and database applications
- Effective prioritization, organization, judgment and initiative
- Ability to work independently and lead others
- Advanced skills in evaluating training impact, teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation technique
