Job Summary
As a Trade Client Access Manager Associate in Payments Solution Center you will m anage a team of specialists providing support to clients and suppliers enrolled in Trade & Working Capital products in Europe, Middle East Africa (EMEA), Latin America (LATAM) and Western Hemisphere (WHEM) regions. You will learn the functionality of products in order to manage internal / external escalations and adhoc concerns that may arise. The role requires cross-organizational reporting, executive communications and interactions with business partners at all levels.
Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a high-performing team and direct the daily activities related to staffing, specialist preparedness in order to meet target goals
  • Anticipate evolving client needs and work on strategic product initiatives to meet those needs
  • Manage the daily processes regarding the investigation of customer inquiries. This would include overseeing the prioritizing and distribution of work performed by the team
  • Review trends and recommend process improvements with a key focus on handoff reduction in order to enhance client satisfaction
  • Perform regular reviews of policies and procedures assuring new processes or process changes are documented and tested regularly according to risk management guidelines
  • Effectively coach the team to drive desired results
  • Recognize and avert risks to the bank
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exercise sound judgment, and make effective decisions


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bilingual and English proficiency required
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Effective problem solving
  • Effective time management and organizational skills


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Portuguese language in written and verbal communications strongly preferred
  • Trade Experience

  • Hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
