Your Impact
The Fleet Analyst is responsible for executing decisions made by Rental Leadership, including but not limited to setting up new items, ordering new & replacement rental equipment, reviewing rental rates, and ensuring accuracy of asset management responsibilities for Tool Rental locations. This role collaborates cross-functionally to understand the needs of the business to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process and system improvement initiatives across Tool Rental and the organization. This role will also foster an environment to share best practices for processes, procedures, metrics, etc., across the Tool Rental team.
What You Will Do
  • Assists with research of fleet qualitative and quantitative analytics and recommendations to maintain and enhance existing programs and processes
  • Assists with monitoring fleet aging and recommends equipment replacement schedules
  • Ensure all licensed equipment is following all state/local regulations for compliance
  • Under the direction of the Tool Rental Fleet Manager, the Fleet analyst maintains product data integrity within Lowe's designated software systems (i.e., product costs, product specifications, rental rates, and vendor agreements) to ensure that all product costs, product specifications, and vendor agreements are accurate
  • Reviews all pricing and invoicing discrepancies to determine where issues occurred, how to resolve them, and the cost for resolution
  • May assist with daily requests from Tool Rental locations so products can be ordered
  • Monitor the Rental Support mailbox and respond to stores, field leadership, and vendor supply partners.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2 Years Related Industry Experience (Rental, Repair, or Fleet Management)
  • 2 Years' Experience in data analytics, performance reporting

Where You'll Be
  • Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte/Mooresville, NC region to foster collaboration and support.
  • The ideal candidate must be willing to work in the office at our Mooresville, NC, location, 5 days per week.
  • Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.
