Your Impact
This role supports the day-to-day Tool Rental maintenance and mechanic programs. This role will assist with the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements for preventative maintenance, mechanics, and other key initiatives related to Tool Rental. They will assist in all facets of the preventative maintenance program, including equipment, parts, and supplies. This role collaborates cross-functionally to understand the needs of the business to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process and system improvement initiatives across Tool Rental and the organization. This role will also foster an environment to share best practices for processes, procedures, metrics, etc., across the Tool Rental team.

Your Impact

What You Will Do
- Utilizes qualitative and quantitative analytics before development and after implementation to identify ROI, current/future state, and cost savings.
- Works directly with key stakeholders to deliver on business needs, often requiring time in the field.
- Supports the Mechanic program, including inventory or repair parts and supplies.
- Align with peers, field, and location leadership on areas of opportunity.
- Administer and maintain fleet warranty programs with Stores and vendors.
- Works with vendors and associations to develop safety and compliance processes for deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 4 Years Related Industry Experience (Rental, Repair, or US Home Improvement)
- 4 Years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Where You'll Be
- Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte/Mooresville, NC region to foster collaboration and support.
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work in the office at our Mooresville, NC, location, 5 days per week.
- Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.
