As a Proposal & Tendering Specialist, you will be at the center of our Distribution Transformers business, transforming customer requirements into compelling, high-quality proposals that drive growth and strengthen customer partnerships.

In this highly collaborative role, you will work alongside sales, engineering, legal, and commercial teams to deliver competitive solutions that meet customer needs while supporting business objectives. From reviewing opportunities and developing pricing strategies to coordinating proposal submissions and supporting negotiations, your contributions will directly impact our success in the marketplace.

How you'll make an impact

  • Review RFQs and sales opportunities to understand customer requirements

  • Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, and cost estimates

  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to develop winning proposals

  • Analyze technical specifications and align solutions with customer needs

  • Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability

  • Coordinate risk reviews and internal approval processes

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant proposal submissions

  • Support contract award activities and project handover to execution teams

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, proposal management, marketing, or project-related roles

  • Experience working with technical products, equipment, or industrial solutions preferred

  • Knowledge of transformers, power systems, or electrical equipment is an advantage

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analysis tools such as Power BI

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills
