Permanent remote role with approximately 25-35% travel. Candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S or Canada, preferred candidate will be located in EST.

As a Technology Sales Support Specialist, you'll advance your technical support capabilities to assist in more complex sales scenarios. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring smooth customer engagements and in driving the success of sales initiatives. With a mix of technical aptitude and customer service skills, this role provides a solid platform for career development.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed technical sales documentation and materials.
  • Deliver technology solutions by supporting sales representatives during customer interactions.
  • Address more complex customer inquiries with accurate solutions.
  • Maintain and improve technical information databases.
  • Provide input during product training sessions to bridge knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Perform detailed product functionality demonstrations.
  • Facilitate administrative tasks related to technical sales.
  • Contribute to the refinement of technical sales content and presentations.
  • Assist in technical training for new team members.

Experience & Skills:

  • Preferred candidate will bring prior industry knowledge within the CPM / EPM space. Preferred candidate will have prior consulting, implementation, or presales experience.
  • Enhanced Technical Knowledge: Broader understanding of the organization's products/services.
  • Advanced Customer Service: Stronger customer interaction skills.
  • Technical Documentation: Competent in creating thorough technical documents.
  • Problem Resolution: Higher level of troubleshooting skills.

  • Improved Data Management: Proficient in handling and organizing data.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skills in technical software tools (e.g., CRM systems).

Compensation:

$57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
