Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Technical Support Representative II to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving service desk requests related to Storeroom operations, as well as processing requests for cycle counts, physical inventories, and recovery billings across multiple integrated supply sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve service desk requests related to the Storeroom system.
- Process cycle count, physical inventory, and recovery billing requests in a timely manner.
- Respond immediately to urgent requests entered during shift hours.
- Perform troubleshooting, data corrections, and system updates as requested by site teams.
- Collaborate with site personnel to understand setup variations and ensure accurate resolution.
- Use Infor SX.e and other systems to review and update transactions.
- Track and analyze incoming requests to identify root causes, recurring issues, and process improvement or automation opportunities.
- Maintain clear documentation of actions taken and communicate progress to requestors.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory operations, service desk, or supply chain support.
- Working knowledge of Storeroom and Infor SX.e systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis, documentation, and reporting. (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across multiple sites and functions.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

- Work environment may not be temperature controlled; must have the ability to work in extreme hot or cold environments.
- Must have the ability to work in dusty conditions.
- May be required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment (shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.)
- May be required to pass forklift and/or other warehouse equipment certifications (written and/or driving).
- Assigned work shifts may vary and/or rotate.
- Overtime may be required; extended day, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice.
- Must be able to handle and work physical inventory; required to lift up to 25 lbs. or greater with assistance following standard operating and safety procedures. Other physical requirements including, regularly being required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, climb and balance.
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus are required.
