A day in the life.

As our Technical Recruiter on the HR team, you will partner with IT Leadership to attract, identify and hire the top IT recruitment talent into their team.

  • Source through Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter for open IT positions

  • Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

  • Prescreen candidates to determine potential fit and educate about the company, role and team

  • Work as a strategic partner to IT leaders regarding job descriptions, interview process and offer details

  • Monitor and maintain data records and spreadsheets tracking open and filled roles

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • 3+ years of experience  recruiting technical positions (engineers, technical architects, application developers etc.) is a must.

  • Experience running full recruitment processes including sourcing, prescreening, negotiating offers, onboarding etc.

  • Managing hiring manager requirements and relationships while also creating a positive candidate experience

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Phenom or similar

  • Organizational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail

The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,000-85,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
