What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a driven Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in staffing and full lifecycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with stakeholders, including hiring managers and practice leads, to deeply understand business needs and project requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate role qualification calls with stakeholders to define position requirements, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Tailor sourcing strategies based on stakeholder input and evolving project demands.
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking events, and cloud/IT communities.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms, including niche technical sites and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidates for both technical skills (cloud, DevOps, software engineering) and consulting aptitude.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical teams and clients, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
  • Represent Liatrio at industry events, tech meetups, and virtual conferences to build a strong talent pipeline and promote our employer brand.
  • Stay current with cloud technology trends, consulting industry best practices, and competitive market intelligence.

Required Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on IT consulting, cloud, or enterprise modernization roles.
  • Proven track record of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical talent.
  • Experience recruiting for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, software engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking in technical communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and drive effective role qualification discussions.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools; data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred Attributes
  • Experience recruiting for boutique consulting firms or high-growth technology environments.
  • Understanding of the unique demands of client-facing consulting roles.
  • Passion for cloud technology and digital transformation
