Lead the technical implementation of website modernization, manage project timelines, facilitate agile ceremonies, and coordinate with teams for successful deployment.
We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager (Contract) to lead Bisnow’s site modernization initiative. This role will oversee the full technical implementation of our website transformation, managing coordination across development teams, vendor relationships, and key internal stakeholders.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the modernization project timeline, leading agile ceremonies specific to the migration effort, coordinating sprint planning for legacy system transitions, and managing deployment schedules for the new platform rollout. This contractor will translate our modernization roadmap into actionable sprints and tasks, develop detailed release schedules for phased migrations, and ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to a modern architecture.
This is a hybrid position based at our New York office (123 William St), working closely with internal Bisnow teams and participating in daily stand-ups. The contract term is expected to be one year, barring any project delays.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather and document detailed requirements for the site modernization project
- Map and document existing business processes, workflows, and system dependencies to inform migration strategy
- Facilitate requirements workshops and discovery sessions with business units to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs and priorities
- Run the daily stand-ups, plan the sprints, work with developers and other resources on task estimations
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders on overarching project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop ongoing release plan and schedule for product deployments
- Monitor and communicate progress on deliverables and release schedule
- Communicate changes or pivots to the schedule or project planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project definition, objectives, and technical feasibility
- Run code review and deployment processes
- Operate and evolve the QA and release process
- Manage the feature, enhancement, and bug resolution pipeline
What are we looking for?
- Successful track record managing software development projects
- Web product development in the consumer facing or B2B space
- Understanding of data structures and database concepts
- Demonstrated proactive accurate project communications
- Bachelor’s degree, project management certification
- Worked at SaaS, DaaS, media, internet software or related company
- Experience with data-intensive applications
- Demonstrated strong communicator
