The Technical Project Manager will oversee project timelines, manage vendor relations, support church initiatives, and help organize team operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work within our project management system to build and manage calendars and tasks for team members to ensure the creation of project assets is on time and within budget (ex: design, video, motion graphics, audio, print items, event planning)
- Manage vendor and contract relations, as well as serve as the liaison for other departments.
- Work with other departments' project managers to sync up and ensure the team is aligned with church-wide initiatives and marketing.
- Support the eGroups and Young Adult ministries through general operations, such as budgeting, invoices, ordering, emails, team meetings, etc.
- Work closely with the Ministry Lead and Creative Director to ideate new ideas and campaigns.
- Assist with team organization, meeting briefs, and reporting.
MUST-HAVES
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle that invites people to church, volunteers, is generous, and prioritizes community).
- Experience in project management, business, or relevant field and/or equivalent life experience
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
- Highly organized, administrative, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Independent worker but passionate about being a team player
- Familiarity with Elevation Church
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Familiarity with Elevation Church
- Experience with Slack and Asana
DAY-TO-DAY
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
- Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
