Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who excels at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. We are looking for a leader who can guide complex programs across engineering, product, and data science teams.

You will lead the execution of mission-critical initiatives, focusing on cloud-native platforms, modern data ecosystems, and AI-driven systems that power Experian's global products. Your work will translate vision into reality—on time, at scale, and with measurable business value.

You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management and partner with senior leadership and domain experts.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and operationalization of programs involving cloud, data, security, and GenAI technologies.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and serve as the accountability anchor for end-to-end execution across product, engineering, architecture, and DevOps.
  • Facilitate deep technical conversations—including system architecture, data pipelines, infrastructure scalability, and generative AI model operations.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Identify risks and manage dependencies, clearing execution blockers and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate with senior leadership—offering insight into status, trade-offs, mitigation plans, and measurable impact.
  • Champion process optimization, tooling automation, and lean delivery practices to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or systems delivery—preferably in SaaS, cloud-native, or data-intensive environments.
  • Experience leading architecture-level discussions, infrastructure planning, and platform modernization programs.
  • Experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred), including services like S3, Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB, SageMaker, and cost optimization frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Rally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent program/project management certifications.

Bonus:

  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services and healthcare).
  • Current with Generative AI trends and identifying practical opportunities for integration.
  • Proficient in financial portfolio management with a focus on CAPEX and OPEX planning, ensuring alignment with strategic and fiscal goals.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, observability tooling, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Knowledge of data governance, streaming systems, or real-time decisioning frameworks.
  • AWS Certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, AI Practitioner).
