BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing highly complex enterprise-wide programs and enhancements. You will recognize cross-functional impacts and review them with impacted stakeholders. You will focus on improving end-to-end efficiency and removing business friction.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends end-to-end solutions/best practices to improve technical processes and to alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication.
  • Leverages specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to optimize program strategy and develop recommendations for how to improve business efficiency.
  • Communicates effectively with leadership and other stakeholders on program direction and the impact of change.
  • Integrates across multiple projects and adjusts project scope, and timing, based on business needs.
  • Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Participates in multiple forums (intake meetings, steering committee meetings, etc.) to identify competing priorities and potential redundancies.
  • Develops and executes best practices to optimize stakeholder engagement.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
  • Experience: Eight or more years of project management experience and IT or engineering experience; Experience managing large, complex, diverse and strategic multi-discipline technical projects that impacts the entire organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of full lifecycle development; Understanding of complex technical program and project budgets; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Prioritization, organizational, presentation, team development and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Proven history of analyzing and interpreting data to define KPIs and metrics.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Spectrum Business products, systems, and processes.
  • Spectrum Business experience, preferably within operational, engineering, or front-line organizations.
  • Experience working with technology and the business to define process solutions that accommodate the longer-term evolution of systems and automation.
  • Experience translating complex business challenges into simple concepts and presenting to audiences of varying seniority.
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
