WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects
- Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
- Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
- Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
- Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Project Management: 2 or more years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
- Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
Preferred Education
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
