We are a small but mighty team looking for people who align with our values and have a strong sense of hustle, creative problem solving, grit and energy to help us scale! We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about shipping great products alongside a talented team. The ideal candidate blends deep technical understanding with sharp product instincts, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into clear, actionable requirements the team feels confident owning.

You will guide the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, working collaboratively to ensure every milestone has a shared definition of done and that the team has what it needs to consistently hit it.

You should be someone who is deep into the details, who partners with teammates to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and that timelines are commitments the whole team stands behind and not just top-down mandates. Due dates matter at Vouched. We expect our Technical Product Manager to foster a culture of shared accountability around delivery, facilitating open conversations about risk and working with the team to resolve blockers before deadlines are at stake.

A critical component of this role is the fluent use of modern AI-powered tooling to accelerate product development. You will be expected to leverage tools such as Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, and similar platforms to rapidly produce PRDs that go beyond traditional written specifications. We expect PRDs that rely heavily on interactive prototypes or that are themselves functional prototypes which lead directly to actionable technical specifications. The ability to use AI tools to create working mockups, clickable flows, and proof-of-concept demos that engineering can reference and build from is essential, not optional.

Experience working with distributed teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a bias toward action are essential. While knowledge of AI-based identity verification products is a plus, a passion for working with innovative technologies and helping to scale a dynamic team is key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Write detailed, high-quality PRDs that incorporate interactive prototypes built with AI tooling (Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, and others) and translate directly into actionable engineering specs.
  • Partner with cross-functional leads to co-define realistic delivery timelines for all product milestones. Facilitate shared progress tracking and create an environment where anyone can flag risks early, so the team can problem-solve together before deadlines are at risk.
  • Partner with engineering leads to scope work accurately, break down complex initiatives into well-defined deliverables, and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, requirements, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain a meticulously groomed and prioritized product backlog with clearly articulated acceptance criteria and due dates for every item.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize the roadmap.
  • Drive a culture of on-time delivery and continuous improvement across the product organization
  • Monitor and communicate key product metrics too leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve product development speed and output quality.

RequirementsQualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or similar role within a software engineering organization.
  • Strong technical acumen—comfortable reading code, understanding system architecture, and engaging in technical discussions with engineers.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered product development tools such as Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, Cursor, or equivalent; demonstrated ability to produce prototype-driven PRDs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in requirements documentation, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, unambiguous specifications.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing product delivery within sprint frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, customer insights, and market trends into a coherent product strategy.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is required.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with distributed teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with identity verification products or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.
