Purpose of Role
Responsible for leading the evolution and ongoing improvement of SAAS enterprise systems and platforms including, but not limited to, our Loan Origination System (LOS) responsible for the loan workflow, including processing, underwriting and closing activities. Partners with teams in business, technology, and operations to enable scalable, efficient, and high-quality lending experiences. Establishes the presence of product management within the organization and drives clarity in undefined areas.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Owns and evolves the Loan Origination System (LOS), driving continuous improvement and day-to-day enhancements.
- Partners with engineering and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
- Ensures system reliability, scalability, and performance meet evolving business needs.
- Leads strategic initiatives that enhance LOS capabilities and align with company goals.
- Translates business objectives into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Operates as a technical product partner, engaging on architecture, integrations, and system constraints.
- Drives clarity and direction for the team by defining work, refining requirements, and supporting complex decisions.
- Navigates ambiguity by creating structure, making informed decisions, and driving momentum.
- Influences by aligning stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in complex or technical domains.
- Experience working with SAAS enterprise systems or platforms (e.g., LOS, CRM).
- Proven track record delivering both incremental improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Strong technical fluency; able to engage on system design, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Comfortable navigating technical tradeoffs and independently proposing viable solutions.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and effective in ambiguous environments.
- Skilled at influencing without authority and constructively challenging assumptions.
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on outcomes over outputs.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

- Bachelor's Degree

- Software Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($120,000 - $170,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time-off benefits, flexible spending account, 401(k) with employer match, and ESPP.
