"We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (Specialist) to lead analytics product delivery and cross‑functional coordination across Personal Investor and Advice and Wealth Management.  As this senior member of the team, this role owns the portfolio of products serving the executive team and senior management, providing high visibility and potential for future growth.

 

We are seeking a visionary senior lead technical product leader to define and deliver a roadmap for an integrated decision intelligence platform that transforms how the organization makes strategic and operational decisions.
This leader will partner closely with senior business executives, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to invent, scale, and integrate prescriptive analytics, advanced reporting, and optimization capabilities. The product will enable scenario analysis, trade-off analysis, and in turn better decisions across workforce and resource planning, operations, client experience, and economic impact, moving the organization from descriptive insight to actionable, decision‑ready intelligence.
The role requires deep technical fluency, strong product judgment, and the ability to translate complex analytics into simple, trusted decision systems used by day to day operational leaders in personal wealth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics Product & Sprint Leadership
  • Own and facilitate analytics sprint reviews and delivery cadences, including recurring sprint reviews.

  • Plan, organize, and run problem‑solving and analysis working sessions to unblock delivery and sharpen analytical outputs. 

  • Serve as the point of coordination between analytics teams and business stakeholders.

  • partners with scrum lead to manage the backlog of new builds, enhancements of infrastructure changes for a more resilient product ecosystem

Stakeholder & Cross‑Business Connectivity

  • Lead data connection and alignment forums across Operations, Analytics, and business partners (e.g., AWM, PI, CX analytics stakeholders), acting as a central connector across teams by convening recurring forums, or create forums where necessary

  • Partner closely with analytics leaders and managers to ensure business questions are clearly framed and analytically addressable. 

Analytics Reporting & Executive Readouts
  • Drive the product roadmap, peer review, and walkthroughs of executive level data products

  • Identify and execute on portfolio optimization and simplification, including exploration of technologies like Generative AI to accomplish this

Communication & Coordination
  • Proactively communicate sprint status, review schedules, and analytics milestones via email and meetings. 

  • Organize and chair meetings that bring together analytics, operations, and product stakeholders around shared data and insights.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

  • Minimum of eight years related business experience. Three years of  leading large cross-functional teams on  major organizational projects preferred.
