Everything To Gain is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Director to join our team. This crucial role will drive technical project management and enhance client relationships, ensuring that our innovative solutions are effectively integrated into our clients' business operations.

As a Technical Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, leading communication between our internal teams and clients, and overseeing the successful execution of technical projects. Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a related client-facing role
  • Proficient understanding of technical project delivery and experience working directly with software development teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insights to improve client outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with a client-first approach
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack or equivalent, alongside CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable to changing priorities
  • Bonus: Technical background or experience in the software industry is a plus
