We are seeking a dynamic Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of AI-augmented process automation solutions for our B2B enterprise client. You will drive the launch of a minimally viable AI-powered enterprise guided quote summary tool and an AI agent to enable the use of standard operating procedures.
Your ability to bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with real-world process efficiency and business needs will be critical to driving success.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for AI-powered standard operating procedure tools to increase employee efficiency and accuracy and customer-facing AI-powered enterprise quote companion solutions to make quote approval processes more efficicent and contextual for B2B customers.
- Lead the development of lean, reusable AI platforms focused initially on internal-facing chatbot solutions, evolving into agentic and B2B customer-facing use cases.
- Partner with technologists and business stakeholders to optimize delivery, integration, and user experience.
- Work with internal teams to assess AI platform capabilities (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI, Adobe AI agents), explore build vs buy decisions, and ensure solutions integrate into existing ecosystems.
- Establish pilot groups, capture feedback, iterate on product features, and drive adoption based on measurable business impact.
- Align initiatives with change management plans, preparing for gradual handover from managed services to broader internal adoption.
- Stay informed on AI advancements and recommend future-proof solutions that enable personalized marketing at scale.

Preferred Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, NLP, RAG models, chatbot and agentic frameworks).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML solution architecture and MVP-to-scale product development.
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, business-friendly product features.
- Hands-on experience with AI products and tools
- Data-driven decision-making and strong user experience (UX) orientation.
- Expertise in AI prompt engineering and personalization engines is a must.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Enterprise B2B is preferred.
