Job Description
Team Leader Billing and Invoicing
Wilmington, DE
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hybrid (three days in office per week)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader in Billing and Invoicing. The Billing Team Leader will be in the Headquarters in Wilmington and will be responsible for overseeing eight to ten people on the Billing and Invoicing Team. The Team Leader will be responsible for the CLS billing activities within our Oracle financial system and maintaining business relationships. Someone with a strong leadership background, thrives and excels in driving change, has exceptional problem-solving skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position.
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing numerous functions including but not limited to: Ebilling, Ad-hoc invoicing, Credit/Rebills, Discounting and Supporting Concierge Clients.
Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Implement standardization of invoice creation and Ebilling activities
  • Manage team workload and assignment of activities
  • Mentor and coach team to develop a high performing team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Identify and implement areas for process improvements
  • Maintain and/or create process documentation


What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel Skills
  • Proven track record of achievement and strong performance
  • Effective written and verbal communications
  • Ability to lead and develop high performing teams and work across teams
