The Customer Service Analyst job is responsible for handling questions, comments, and complaints regarding the company's products or services. While working independently with general supervision, this job reports to upper management and is the support for problem resolution. This job is also a licensed professional who possesses significant knowledge of the company's products and services to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between consumers and the company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Answers inbound customer service calls and provides experienced-level issues analysis and resolution in response to higher complexity inquiries.
  • Provides outstanding customer service to ensure targeted service levels are achieved and exceeded.
  • Acts as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer inquiries.
  • Completes records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc. and ensures delivery to upper management.
  • Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.
  • Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $24.66/hr - $35.00/hr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
