This is a great opportunity to join the Executive Recruiting Team backed by a well-established Global Talent Acquisition function. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and connect with top talent to fill senior leader and C-suite roles at Honeywell Technologies. You will work in a fast paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on delivering high touch experiences to internal and external contacts.
This role will support key searches across all of Honeywell’s Business Groups, working closely with our Executive Recruiters to deliver “white glove” service to customers including senior Business and Corporate Function Leaders. The Talent Sourcer & Researcher will be based out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA office on a hybrid schedule and report to the Executive Recruiting Operations Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the start-up phase of each search by participating in kick-off meetings with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development of the search strategy by gathering relevant information regarding the appropriate industries and target companies.
- Source passive candidates and occasionally review applications.
- Use data to track key metrics and influence stakeholders in decision making.
- Contribute to the preparation of job descriptions, candidate presentations, and search status updates.
- Understand competitive landscape and apply to research strategies. Keep team members apprised of relevant developments in the marketplace.
- Proactively seek team’s input and provide guidance based on market intelligence.
- Drive continuous improvement in all our processes.
- Provide research and mapping deliverables.

You Must Have:
- 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition, strategy consulting, or a relevant professional services environment.
- Proficiency with Boolean logic and/or LinkedIn Recruiter searches.

- In-house or agency recruiting experience, preferably at the Sr Director level and above.

- High level of professionalism, experience partnering and interacting with senior management.
- Experience maintaining high volume of sensitive information.
- Data mindset, ability or interest in building scalable structure around data. Strength in Excel, SharePoint, AI, or experience using EncoreMax by Cluen is a plus.
- Ability to work with global partners in different time zones & cultures.
