Design, operate, and improve compliance processes, controls, and technology workflows for trade diversion, export/sanctions compliance, and third-party due diligence. Lead requirements gathering, SAP/GTS implementations, workflow and screening logic, reporting/dashboarding, stakeholder management, change management, and continuous process improvement to increase control effectiveness and program visibility.

Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and optimization efforts: gather requirements, design/configure Core HR and Workforce Compensation, support integrations and data migration, provide training and ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, assist project planning, and act as subject-matter expert for upgrades and enhancements.

Lead global sales and proposal execution for the Gas & LNG vertical, driving strategy, commercial governance, complex multi‑LOB pursuits, proposal standards, cross‑regional collaboration, and developing a global sales and proposal team.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and agentic AI systems. Build and orchestrate LLM-based agents, architect end-to-end AI pipelines, implement MLOps and CI/CD, deploy on cloud platforms with containerization, and ensure monitoring, observability, security, and governed data access using Databricks and MLflow.

Hybrid role reporting to the Director Planning COE.

Lead Honeywell's global trade compliance legal team to develop and maintain export controls, sanctions, and antiboycott programs. Provide counsel on EAR, ITAR, and OFAC, implement compliance policies and automation, perform risk assessments, guide classification and licensing strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate regulatory risk.

Lead a global infrastructure and platforms team to design, operate, and optimize Coveo search, Akamai CDN, and multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, Alibaba, Azure China) environments. Drive reliability, security, cost-efficiency, cross-functional IT strategy, budgeting, incident response, and compliance while managing daily operations and team development. Onsite-first for initial 90 days, then hybrid in Charlotte, NC.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions, troubleshoot defects, and support Azure deployments to meet business objectives.

Lead the logistics workstream for an SAP ERP (S/4 HANA) transformation: define requirements, validate processes and data, drive change management, support UAT and cutover, ensure trade compliance, optimize order-to-cash and warehouse operations, and oversee training, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Provide legal guidance and oversight of Honeywell's sanctions and AML compliance program, advise on high‑risk transactions and license submissions, enhance trade controls and screening, support testing/audits and investigations, train stakeholders, and collaborate with Export, AML, and CFIUS teams to enable compliant international business growth.
