This individual will serve as the main point of contact for talent, negotiating brand deals, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the growth of their personal brands. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Acquisition

  • Actively seek and sign top-tier talent who are looking for professional business management, ensuring they align with the agency’s values and goals.
  • Identify emerging influencers with high growth potential and bring them into the agency’s talent pool.
  • Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space and actively seek out talent that can lead the next wave of influencer-driven campaigns.

Talent Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers, acting as their business representative and advocate in brand deals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand creator needs, offer guidance, and ensure their long-term growth.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for influencers, providing support for both day-to-day inquiries and major business decisions.

Brand Partnerships & Deal Management

  • Secure and negotiate brand partnerships that align with influencer goals and agency objectives, ensuring maximum value for all parties.
  • Manage contract negotiations, reviewing terms to ensure fairness, clarity, and alignment with influencer and brand needs.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring influencers meet brand deliverables and KPIs.
  • Advocate for influencers by balancing authentic content creation with brand objectives and expectations.

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure influencer campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Help influencers craft content strategies that align with brand objectives while remaining true to their personal brand.
  • Track influencer deliverables, ensuring they meet deadlines and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between influencers and internal teams to resolve any conflicts and ensure smooth execution.

Talent Development & Growth

  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities beyond traditional brand partnerships, such as entertainment ventures, licensing deals, and emerging platforms.
  • Strategically enhance talent portfolios by fostering long-term development, guiding career expansion, and optimizing monetization across various channels.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of influencer contracts, communications, and campaign details.
  • Report regularly on influencer performance, growth strategies, and campaign successes to senior management.
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking contracts, deadlines, and influencer goals.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Monitor performance metrics and share insights with influencers to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage brand partnerships and negotiate on behalf of talent.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple influencers and projects simultaneously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Strong understanding of trends in the influencer marketing space and emerging platforms.
