We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Talent Enablement to drive our talent enablement efforts, with a focus on building world-class onboarding experiences and role-specific learning journeys. In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that accelerate employee readiness, productivity, and engagement from day one through key moments in their career journey.

You will partner closely with People Business Partners, Business Leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure our workforce is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to thrive.

In this role you will:

  • Build upon and establish a framework for designing and executing end-to-end scalable programs for the development of leaders, managers, and employees at all levels.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and input to design and develop innovative, blended learning programs, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, online modules, and experiential learning opportunities.

  • Partner with People Business Partners on broader company talent development strategies (Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Performance Reviews, etc).

  • Partner with business leaders to create function-specific onboarding roadmaps and success milestones tailored to role-specific competencies.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization.

  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of Learning & Impact programs.

  • Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and learning management system (LMS) or other learning opportunities.

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business strategies and identify/diagnose learning and skill gaps

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, including leadership of large-scale initiatives across onboarding, role enablement, leadership development, and career growth.

  • Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and experiential learning methodologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Proven success in designing and implementing scalable onboarding and role-specific enablement programs.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect learning activities to business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to measure learning effectiveness and link L&D initiatives to organizational goals and business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and digital learning tools.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
