We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to support hiring across Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams during a critical growth phase. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, screening, and closing top talent—while building trust quickly with hiring managers and ensuring the right people are joining the team so business goals are met and scaling efforts stay on track. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives alignment, and brings structure to every search. There is potential for this role to convert to a full-time position depending on performance and company goals.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full cycle recruiting across GTM or Technical roles, flexing based on hiring priorities
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and build aligned hiring plans
- Own sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to keep momentum strong from first touch to close
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with timely, clear communication and consistent follow-through
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across People, Finance, and Legal
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environments required
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Technical roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—you build trust fast and keep things moving
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Ashby or Greenhouse preferred), plus sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bonus: Experience hiring internationally or across multiple time zones
- Bonus: Familiarity with hiring in fast-scaling SaaS environments
Compensation:
The expected hourly compensation range, subject to change, is $40-$45/hour.
