We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sourcing & Interview Coordination Contractor to support our Talent Acquisition team during a period of high hiring volume. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience — managing everything from resume review to seamless interview scheduling across time zones.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-first team where your work directly contributes to scaling high-impact teams across the company. The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering a white-glove experience to both candidates and hiring teams. There is potential for this role to convert to a full-time position depending on performance and company needs.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to screen inbound applications and identify strong candidates
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, aligning availability between candidates and internal teams
- Manage and track interview logistics, reschedules, and interviewer prep to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain data accuracy and organization within our ATS (Ashby or Greenhouse experience a plus)
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the process
- Help identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, scheduling efficiency, and team workflows
- Support special projects or sourcing initiatives as needed
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent operations experience—ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—you catch the small stuff before anyone else does
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and pivot quickly, especially when schedules shift
- Comfortable using ATS platforms, Google Suite, Slack, and other scheduling tools
- A team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Compensation:
The expected hourly compensation range, subject to change, is $30-$35/hour.
