Job Description SummaryThe Recruiter/ TA Partner is responsible for supporting the recruitment process for positions falling within their designated client group. This role focuses on sourcing, screening candidates, and providing guidance to people leaders on recruitment processes and policies. They will have solid candidate screening skills, basic negotiation capabilities and be capable of managing standard recruitment processes with minimal supervision. The TA Partner will work under managerial guidance or with mentoring from more experienced recruiters to ensure the smooth management of recruitment processes and tracking to key performance metrics to ensure recruitment efficiency.Job Description#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit:
- Perform sourcing activities using job boards, social media, and other platforms to build candidate pipelines.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a candidate pipeline for high-volume roles.
- Screen candidates to ensure minimum qualifications and basic cultural fit.
- Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
- Be a brand ambassador by sharing content on social media and promoting GEV talent brand.
- Creates targeted attraction and engagement strategies for active roles in close collaboration with Talent Attraction team.
Advise & Lead:
- Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.
- Manage end to end recruitment process for high volume roles including sourcing, screening candidates, and facilitating the offer process.
- Provide guidance to people leaders on standard recruitment process, procedures and best practices.
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
- Understand operational metrics to refine recruitment activities and improve delivery.
- Manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting.
Innovate & Continuous Learning:
- Participate in projects, implement best practices, embrace change and help improve the overall talent acquisition function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
- Previous recruitment experience
- Basic understanding of job boards and social media sourcing
- Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
