About The Opportunity
The Hourly Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience for hourly positions across multiple plants in a manufacturing setting.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Source candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
- Other duties as assigned.
