Why You’ll Love This Role
As a T&E Program Manager, you will help scale our global T&E program and create employee experience that balances simplicity, speed and financial control. You will focus on optimizing processes in Brex and Redis policy to strengthen a culture of accountability and compliance and maximize spend efficiency.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, managing the end-to-end expense review and accounting process
- Oversee T&E policy management, spend controls, and budget administration within Brex
- Provide support and customer service to employees on expense and travel-related inquiries
- Develop and analyze spend dashboards for leadership, identifying key trends, savings opportunities, and compliance risks
- Conduct regular T&E audits and compliance reviews, ensuring strict adherence to company policies
- Drive process automation and system enhancements to streamline T&E review, reporting, and compliance management
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience managing corporate T&E programs
- Strong working knowledge of Brex
- Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate card platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable policy recommendations
