Why You’ll Love This Role

As a T&E Program Manager, you will help scale our global T&E program and create employee experience that balances simplicity, speed and financial control. You will focus on optimizing processes in Brex and Redis policy to strengthen a culture of accountability and compliance and maximize spend efficiency.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, managing the end-to-end expense review and accounting process
  • Oversee T&E policy management, spend controls, and budget administration within Brex
  • Provide support and customer service to employees on expense and travel-related inquiries
  • Develop and analyze spend dashboards for leadership, identifying key trends, savings opportunities, and compliance risks
  • Conduct regular T&E audits and compliance reviews, ensuring strict adherence to company policies
  • Drive process automation and system enhancements to streamline T&E review, reporting, and compliance management

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing corporate T&E programs
  • Strong working knowledge of Brex 
  • Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate card platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
  • Strong communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionally
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable policy recommendations
