About the OpportunityWe're building a talent pipeline for upcoming systems engineering opportunities across multiple levels. Connect with us now so you're on our radar when the right role opens.
- Junior Systems Engineer (0–3 years)
- Systems Engineer (3–6 years)
- Senior Systems Engineer (6–10 years)
- Staff/Principal Systems Engineer (10+ years)
- Requirements definition, decomposition, and traceability
- System architecture and interface management
- Integration, verification, and validation planning
- Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and tools like DOORS or Cameo
- Cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, and test teams
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)
- Experience with requirements management and systems architecture tools
- Strong cross-disciplinary communication skills
- Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading systems programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
