SVP, US Healthcare SalesWhy We Have This RoleThe US Healthcare market represents one of the most critical and highest-growth verticals for Qualtrics. Healthcare providers, health plans, and life sciences organizations face an urgent imperative to transform patient experiences, clinician well-being, and operational engagement. Reporting directly into the Chief Sales Officer, the SVP, US Healthcare Sales will lead the strategy and execution to scale our footprint, expand enterprise relationships, and drive substantial net-new growth in this complex, highly regulated market.
This executive will lead a high-performing organization of dedicated sales leaders and enterprise account executives, while serving as the primary go-to-market catalyst across cross-functional partners in solution engineering, marketing, client success, and product.
How You’ll Find SuccessAs the SVP, Healthcare, you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the vertical. Success in this role will be defined by excellence across the following areas:
- Strategic Vertical Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive US Healthcare GTM strategy aligned with global objectives. Identify high-value health system networks, payors, and life science accounts to drive sustained market penetration and long-term revenue growth.
- Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Own and exceed aggressive annual revenue targets (net new ACV, upsells, and renewals). Drive market entry and expansion strategies across complex health systems, ensuring rapid adoption and deep integration of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform.
- Complex Multi-Buyer Execution: Lead a multi-product GTM motion that navigates complex healthcare buying centers (Chief Medical Officers, Chief Patient Experience Officers, Chief Digital/Information Officers, and HR leadership), establishing Qualtrics as a mission-critical strategic partner.
- Ecosystem & Partner Strategy: Build and scale a robust healthcare partner ecosystem. Drive joint GTM initiatives with strategic integrators, healthcare consultancies, and technology alliances to accelerate pipeline velocity and scale market reach.
- Team Development & Leadership: Leading an org of 150+, you will recruit, mentor, and retain world-class enterprise sales talent. Build an accountable, high-performance culture focused on continuous development, quota attainment, and alignment with Qualtrics' commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Operational Excellence & Rigor: Partner with Sales Operations to implement data-driven forecasting, pipeline accountability, and rigorous sales cadence. Leverage operational analytics to optimize deal flow, sales cycles, and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management and Industry Solutions to feed frontline healthcare market needs back into the product roadmap. Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Professional Services to ensure seamless deal execution and long-term customer retention.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume- 15+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Experience leading enterprise sales teams selling directly into the US Healthcare industry (Health Systems, Payors, and/or Life Sciences).
- 7+ years of executive sales leadership experience managing multi-layered teams (sales managers and enterprise account executives).
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding complex vertical revenue targets ($50M+ net new ACV portfolios) within rapidly scaling organizations ($1B to $5B+).
- Deep expertise in building and co-selling alongside strategic partner networks in the healthcare technology and consulting domain.
- Proven operational success in leading multi-product, enterprise software motions with long, complex decision-making cycles.
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Pioneer a Category in a Complex Industry: Expand Qualtrics’ market leadership by driving Experience Management (XM) into one of the largest, most critical sectors of the economy, solving modern challenges around clinician burnout, patient retention, and health equity.
- Architect Go-To-Market Strategy at Scale: Gain high-level executive exposure by shaping long-term vertical strategy, influencing global GTM models, and collaborating directly with C-suite stakeholders to scale a high-growth vertical.
- Directly Influence Product and Platform Roadmap: Serve as the primary advocate for the healthcare industry internally, working side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to conceptualize and bring next-generation healthcare solutions to market.
- Cultivate Enterprise Executive Leadership: Elevate your executive presence by sponsoring transformational enterprise deals, building strategic partner ecosystems, and developing the next generation of sales leaders within Qualtrics.
- Drive Market Share Expansion: Deliver annual net-new ACV growth targets by penetrating top-tier health systems, payors, and life sciences accounts with targeted multi-product XM solutions.
- Elevate Average Contract Value & Multi-Product Adoption: Increase deal velocity and enterprise account value by establishing relationships with cross-functional healthcare C-suites (CMO, CXO, CIO, CHRO) to drive platform-wide adoption.
- Scale the Vertical Partner Ecosystem: Amplify pipeline reach and deal leverage by co-building joint GTM motions with top healthcare consultancies, system integrators, and strategic alliance partners.
- Build a High-Performing, Inclusive Organization: Maximize team productivity and retain elite talent by establishing clear performance frameworks, fostering a culture of accountability, and prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
