We are seeking a strategic Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics to lead Realtor.com’s centralized Data & Analytics function, including all Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams. As a key member of the Company’s senior leadership team, you will balance deep technical execution with strategic enablement, owning end-to-end data & analytics - spanning architecture, engineering, governance, data science, experimentation, analytics, insights, and data commercialization. Simultaneously, you will drive enterprise pricing and yield management strategies to support continuous optimization and growth of the business.

You will be a key partner to Realtor.com’s Executive Leadership Team, turning complex data infrastructure and advanced analytical modeling into clear strategic insights, actionable pricing structures, and scalable operational impact, all while advancing the Company’s AI sophistication through Data enablement and direct application of advanced AI capabilities.

What Will You Do?

  • Data Foundations, Governance & Architecture
  • Define and execute the end-to-end data strategy, engineering roadmap, and scalable enterprise data architecture to support high-performance analytical systems and AI use cases.
  • Oversee data engineering and operations to ensure high-quality, reliable, and modern data infrastructure across all structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Establish robust data governance, privacy standards, and compliance control frameworks to safeguard enterprise data assets and ensure quality.

Analytics, Data Science & Experimentation

  • Provide executive oversight for Data Science, Business Intelligence (BI), and Experimentation infrastructure, organization, and delivery.
  • Drive data science methodologies, strategic analytics, and insight generation to directly support core business ambitions and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, commercial, and go-to-market teams to design and deliver analytics recommendations and solutions that optimize experiences for both consumers and real estate brokers/agents.
  • Drive advanced analytical research (e.g., search, recommendations, personalization, conversion) to optimize consumer experience and core platform performance.

Pricing, Revenue Management & Lead Intelligence

  • Lead enterprise pricing strategy and revenue management frameworks, leveraging algorithmic pricing, elasticity modeling, and yield optimization to support business growth.
  • Direct lead intelligence efforts, developing predictive lead scoring, intent modeling, matching algorithms, and routing rules to optimize lead quality and transaction workflow.
  • Partner with product, sales and go-to-market teams to align pricing models and lead analytics with market opportunities.

Data Commercialization & Strategic Leadership

  • Drive data monetization and commercialization strategy, creating structured opportunities to package and leverage proprietary data assets for external value.
  • Present complex analytical insights, strategic models, and experimental results to executive leadership and key stakeholders to inform cross-functional planning.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary organization spanning data engineering, governance, data science, pricing, and analytics.

What Will You Bring?

  • Leadership & Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience across data leadership, AI, data science, analytics, pricing, and/or revenue analytics, with 5+ years managing executive-level multidisciplinary teams.
  • Core Technical Expertise: Technical grounding across modern cloud platforms (AWS), data warehouse architectures, and big data processing technologies (Spark, Scala, Python, SQL, Hadoop ecosystem) and AI tooling.
  • Data Science & Analytics Operations: Demonstrated expertise applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and experimentation frameworks within large-scale consumer or digital platform environments.
  • Pricing & Revenue Strategy: Strong foundation in pricing framework design, yield management, lead intelligence, and revenue analytics models to support organizational growth goals.
  • Strategic Enablement: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical and data concepts for executive decision-makers.
