PayScale: $21.63/hr.

Summary:  This position is responsible for the administrative function of the center which includes supervisory responsibility for all non-clinical staff , expense monitoring, billing, records and physical maintenance of the center. Also, assist Center Director with ensuring all consumers’ needs are met by staff scheduling.  The position reports directly to Center Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for oversight of support staff and non-clinical functions of the center, to include selection, training, evaluation, and disciplinary action of non-clinical employees.  Coordinates support staff to ensure that center is staffed appropriately during all hours that the center is open to the public.   Provides feedback to center director regarding performance or problems/concerns with clinical staff.  Provides clinicians with assistance on productivity standards, both monitoring and status to standards.
  • Works with the Center Director to make sure maximum productivity is reached by appropriately utilizing both clinical and administrative staff time efficiently.  Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the facility.
  • Monitors all expenses and ensures that expenditures are within proposed budget for Center.  Assists with development of center budget.   Processes invoices for payment.   Responsible for ordering of supplies and any other items needed for the center.  Maintains control and tracks use of agency credit card(s).  Maintains control, tracks use of, and balances center petty cash fund per established procedures. Works with Finance department staff on required financial reports and complete reports by assigned deadline.
  • Works with Center Director to ensure all policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
  • Determines if all paperwork, billing tickets and documentation is completed in a timely manner according to established guidelines.  Works with medical records team leader to ensure that all regulatory standards are followed.  Reports positive and problematic findings to center director.
  • Attends and participates in center management meetings and appropriate company-wide meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities:  Provide on-site supervision to all support services and maintains care of the facility.

Education and/or Experience: Must possess at least a High School Diploma. Degree in business and/or business training preferred (Actual work experience will be taken into consideration).  Prefer experience in a supervisory role at least three (3) years.  Supervision of an office a plus.
