Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern who will monitor, track, replenish and distribute inventory to appropriate team members. This individual must be detail-oriented and obtain strong customer service skills. This is a part-time role, working 20-30 hours/week and a fantastic opportunity for current students in college or recent alumni willing to gain industry experience.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Actively track inventory levels within warehouse and identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Monitor quality and functionality of all equipment within inventory including returning defective items to corresponding vendors, and perform all necessary functions to receive company credit
  • Receive, document and shelve all incoming inventory
  • Receive and distribute all materials received from outside vendors to appropriate departments within the company
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and receiving areas
  • May have additional duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements/Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program at a College and maintain student status throughout the internship
  • 1+ years’ previous warehouse or inventory experience, preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Clean criminal background and successful completion of a drug test is required
