The Supply Chain Analyst position is a key role within our strategic plan for supply chain management at Husqvarna. The Supply Chain Analyst gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations.  

What You Need to Know:  

• Manage the end-to-end process of procuring material from suppliers including issuing purchase orders, managing supplier shipments, and receipt at the warehouse to meet customer order dates 

•  Proactively plan future requirements to ensure availability to meet customer orders 

•  Provide forecasts to suppliers as required based on sales and production plans 

•  Provide root cause analysis on production delays and out of stocks due to raw materials or alternate material use, and implement corrective actions 

• Manage supplier constraints and communicate risk to business leadership 

•  Collaborate with departments (such as sales, operations, finance) within the company to meet business objectives 

•  Assist team members in assessing global vendors to ensure cost, quality, delivery, technical, and service capabilities to meet business requirements 

•   Manage and improve operational KPI’s and support new product launches for assigned categories 

•   Daily communication to support replenishment of on-site levels based on demand 

•  Participation and/or leading cross-functional supply chain projects 

•  Meet other needs of the business upon request 

What We Are Looking For: 

•   Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 3 + years Supply Chain experience 

•  Meet the in-office requirements as set forth by Husqvarna (4 days per week minimum)

• Understanding of ERP systems with knowledge of the Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management modules, required. 

•  Very Strong analytical and organizational skills 

•  Consumer packaged goods experience; problem solving, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking with professionalism, excellent follow up and follow-through skills, computer literacy, typing and computer navigation skills 

•  Very strong communication skills both verbal and written 

•  Able to maintain customer focus and communicate efficiently to ensure a positive customer relationship 

•  Able to work independently with minimal supervision 

•  Pro-actively work to identify trends in the marketplace and work with assigned customer channels to anticipate any issues to resolve problems and identify opportunities. 

•   Able to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task and prioritize.
